The company originated after a request from a client who was transferred to Paris for work. She considered selling her house or renting it out and asked us to manage it if we decided to offer such services. This request led to the formation of Optimal Management LLC, which now manages 50 properties (and counting). Our client base has grown primarily through referrals and relationships with those who have purchased properties through us.
